LilyTV

Description

LilyTV is a browser/downloader for SBS TV programming that runs on Windows and Linux. It is written in .NET using C#. The source will be available at some point in the future.

Purpose

Firstly, I am American, and SBS blocks me from using their online player. Secondly, the existing tools out there, while being a great help, did not have all the functionality I desired nor great UIs. And they were not open source, so I couldn't fix them.

Background

American computer programmer visits Australia, gets addicted to Letters and Numbers. I named LilyTV after Lily Serna, co-star and math expert.

Troubleshooting and Tips

• RTMPDump is required. In Linux, use your package manager or compile the source. In Windows, download the zip and save the exe to LilyTV's directory.
• Try deleting database.xml and options.xml if you have strange problems.
